SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Your order will be packed and shipped between 1-3 business days. 
All orders are sent via Australia Post unless stated otherwise. Once I have posted your order and Australia Post has it, it is out of my control on the time it takes to get to you. Please keep in mind that that delivery times can vary especially with things like fires, floods and Covid-19.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

We are currently only shipping within Australia and internationally to New Zealand.


Unfortunately international delivery costs are too high at the moment for us to offer this option.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the number of items you purchase. Please select the correct shipping option to make sure we can get your order to you in a timely fashion.

Bimonthly Book Box - FREE* 


1-3 Books - $10

4-6 Books - $15

7+ Books - $20

 

* You can purchase a book box and one extra book and not pay for any shipping. If you would like to purchase a Book box and more than one book, please select the $20 postage option.

International shipping is currently only to New Zealand, all of which are calculated based on weight. Please select the correct shipping option to make sure we can get your order to you in a timely fashion. All prices are available at checkout, there is no need to contact us unless you would like to buy more than 4 books.

Bimonthly Book Box - $11 (This shipping is so low as part of the shipping cost is covered in the price of the book box itself)

1 book - $18

2 books - $22

3 books - $26

4 books - $37

* International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT. All of which are incurred one the order has reached its destination country. Wickedly Booked is not responsible for these charges if they are applied. These charges are your responsibility as the customer.

TRACKING NUMBERS

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number within 24 hours

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We do not offer returns or an exchange for a change of mind. 
Once a package has been posted we can not accept returns and won't able able to exchange it for another package.
We do a quality control check of all the items that go into your order as well, this is to make sure you are not receiving any damaged items.

In the case you receive damaged items, please email us at 2dogsbookstore@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will work with you on rectifying the problem and this is conducted on a case by case instance.
